This notice describes the privacy policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) for www.oggangs.com and its related mobile application, namely, “OGGANGS” available on Apple’s App Store and Google Play Store(hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “App” or “Platform”), owned and operated by Oggangs Private Limited, a private limited company, incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013, and having its registered office at Bikaner, Rajasthan (IN) (hereinafter referred to the “Company” or Oggangs or “us” or “our” or “we”). In this Policy, you shall be referred as “you” or “your” or “user” or “users”.

We are an esports, pc, console gaming hosting App. Our App allows you to participate in esports and gaming events, and win rewards and vouchers (“Services”). Additionally, how we collect, use, store, share and transmit your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Additionally, we record the date and time of your interactions, and we retain the content of your messages. J.     In-App UPI Withdrawal Feature:

Users of our platform have the option to utilize an in-app Unified Payments Interface (UPI) feature to conveniently withdraw their in-game Sapphires as monetary funds directly to their linked bank account. This feature streamlines the withdrawal process, allowing users to effortlessly access and utilize their earnings.

How It Works:

(i)           Linking Bank Account: To utilize the in-app UPI withdrawal feature, users must securely link their verified bank account details to their account within the application.
(ii)           Withdrawal: Once Sapphires are available for withdrawal on conditional basis and only for users above 18+ of age , users can initiate a withdrawal request through the application. They will be prompted to select the UPI withdrawal option.
(iii) Authorization: Users will need to provide necessary authentication, which may include entering a secure PIN, biometric verification, or any other method of user identification implemented for security purposes.
(iv) Confirmation: After successful authorization, users will receive a confirmation message verifying the initiated withdrawal.
(v)            Processing: The withdrawal request will be processed by our system promptly, and the funds will be transferred to the linked bank account associated with the provided UPI details.
(vi) Security and Privacy: We prioritize the security and privacy of our users' financial information. As such, all UPI transactions are conducted with the utmost security measures in place. We do not store or retain any sensitive financial data, including UPI PINs or bank account numbers, on our servers. All financial transactions are encrypted and conducted via secure channels.

Note: Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of the bank account and UPI details provided for withdrawal. We shall not be held liable for any errors or delays arising from incorrect information.

K.  How can I withdraw my consent? (OPT-OUT)

If you sign-up, you will automatically start receiving promotional emails and direct mail from us. L.  Governing law and Dispute Resolution
